Snow Wonder Hand Sanitizer Treat Bags

Christmas is just around the corner and COVID-19 is still upon us.  The pocket bac hand sanitizers from Bath and Body Works are a great small gift or cute addition to a bigger present (hint, hint 😉).

I first created these with an autumnal theme as favors for our son's wedding rehearsal dinner.  They were a hit and so easy to make that I just kept right on going for Christmas!

Here are the items you will need:

The thick white cardstock will create the "core" of your treat bag giving it strength. The DSP will create the outer layer of prettiness.  Here are both pieces, cut and scored.

To assemble the core, simply fold the white cardstock at the score lines. Use Stampin' Seal+  (a heavy tape runner) to create a box as shown.

Use the tag topper punch at the edges of your DSP.

Fold the score lines on the DSP.

Center the core at the base of the DSP.

Add adhesive (Stampin' Seal+ works great) and adhere the DSP to the core.

Stamp your snowman on thick whisper white cardstock using Momento black ink.  Use the snowman die from Snow Times to cut it out with your embossing machine.  (If you don't have the dies, you can simply fussy cut it.)

Color the hat, scarf and nose using Stampin' Blends.

Place glue or tape on the lower half of the snowman body and adhere to the front of your bag.

Since there isn't a stamp for the sentiment, I created a word document, then printed it on crumbcake cardstock.

Cut it out, then color the edges with light crumbcake Stampin' Blend so it resembles a wooden sign.  Use dimensionals to secure it between his arms.

Insert your sanitizer and tie your bow!!!!

Here are some more using the Snowflake Splendor Suite.

This design is so versatile.  You can easily change it to be a tree, snowflake or even another holiday all together.  I would love to see what other designs you come up with!!  Show me in the comments!
