I love polka-dots!!  If you see me in person, chances are good that I am wearing polka-dots or leopard print.  No joke! Let's make a quick and easy card using the Dots and Spots die to create a stencil.  It will just take 5 minutes!

Items Used:

   Biggest Wish stampset

   Dots and Spots Die

   Blending Brush

    

Inks:

    Berry Burst

    Tuxedo Black Memento

Paper/Dimensions:

    Thick Basic White: 8½" x 5½", scored at 4¼";  5¼" x 4" for stencil
