In the Moment ~Manic Monday 5 Minute Card

 


"It's just another Manic Monday!"

You have 5 minutes! Let's make another card using stamps, ink and paper.


Today, we are using the In the Moment stampset and the EASY white wash technique.  This easy version uses Whisper White ink and a white colored pencil.  Let's head down to the video and check it out!

Inks:

Whisper White
Starry Sky or Night of Navy

Cardstock/DSP: 

Smoky Slate - 8½" x 5½", scored at 4¼"
Basic White - ½" x 4" 
Night of Navy - 3" x 3½", ¾" x 4
Sun Prints DSP - 4" x 5½"  (get more info HERE)

Embellishments:

Brass Butterflies

Misc:

White Colored Pencil

December Team Member Card ~Starring Lights Aglow and Twinkling Lights Dies

I can't believe that I am about to share a card that has NO STAMPING on it, but here it goes!

Dies:

Twinkling Lights

Cardstock:

Cherry Cobbler base- cut to 5½" x 8½", scored at 4¼" 
Soft Succulent- 3⅝" x 3⅞"
Very Vanilla - scrap piece

DSP/Specialty Paper:

Lights Aglow - cut into ½" strips
Lights Aglow - cut background piece to 4" x 5¼" 
Glimmer Specialty paper  (gold piece) - 3½" x 3¾"

Embellishments:

Festive Pearls

  • Adhere the large piece of Lights Aglow DSP to your cardbase.
  • Apply your strips to the gold glimmer paper using a weave/lattice pattern (as shown). You will need to use mini glue dots to adhere the DSP strips to the glimmer paper once your design is set. Cut the excess strips off around your glimmer paper.


  • Adhere the glimmer paper to the Soft Succulent Cardstock.
  • Add strip at the bottom of your cardfront.
  • Cut your snowflake from Very Vanilla Cardstock.  Before cutting, nest the snowflake design into the large snowflake outline to cut both at once.
  • Apply your snowflake with dimensionals.
  • Add Festive Pearl embellishments.

I know, simple right???  Don't tell anyone! But looks so festive and elegant!

Painted Christmas Giftcard Holder - Manic Monday 5 minute card

"It's just another Manic Monday!"

Life is crazy and Mondays are the worst!!!   So, pull up some paper, ink and stamps and come create some zen with me! Come on, you have 5 minutes, right?



This is my go-to giftcard/cash holding card and I am sharing it with you.  It is so easy to make! Don't tell anyone..... it will be our secret!

Shaded Spruce - 4¼" x 11, scored at 1¼" and 5½"

Painted Christmas DSP - 4" x 4", 1" x 4" (x2)

Red Rhinestones
